Payment & Cancellation
- 50% of the initial deposit is refundable if cancellation is notified within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.
- During the high season cancellation within 60 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the initial deposit and cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.
- We will try to be flexible and if we are able to rent the accommodation for the cancelled period, cancellation charges may be waived or a credit allowed for costs of a stay in future. It is recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.
